Throughout my life, I had always participated in athletics and “worked outed”. There came a point where my workouts were boring and more of a chore than enjoyable. I wasn’t achieving the fitness level that I felt was important for my life in general and my career as a firefighter. Enter CrossFit. After my first workout, I knew that I had found a community that would constantly encourage, support, and push me to be a more fit, better version of myself. Over time I learned that I enjoyed watching and helping people achieve their fitness goals as much as I enjoyed achieving my own.
