I stumbled upon CrossFit after leaving the Army due to a fractured femur I sustained while in training. Immediately I knew I had found something that would get me back into fighting shape. CrossFit got me motivated to get up off the couch and challenged me both physically and mentally like no other fitness program had before. Four years later, I am still using CrossFit to stay “combat ready.” As a professional fire fighter, my personal fitness goal has been to be ready for the unknown and ever changing environments that I may face. Nothing prepares you better for real world fitness than CrossFit. Since moving from Northern Virginia to Annapolis, my wife and I found this box to be a place where we can challenge our bodies and minds through exciting and constantly varied workouts in a safe and fun environment. I am excited to be a member of the True Core coaching staff and eager to share my knowledge and love of CrossFit with you.
