Our MomFit program is designed to empower both expecting and postpartum moms. MomFit not only addresses the changes that occur during pregnancy & child birth, but also offers support and guidance for your individual needs. Numerous members of our community and staff have experienced the joys and trials that come with becoming a Mom. - MOMFIT Basics – 60 min Consultation: This is your first step in your journey with MOMFIT. This is a one or one, in-person consultation with Dr. Bryant Harris. Your MOMFIT Basics meeting will provide you with new avenues to explore during pregnancy or postpartum. You will walk away with strategies to enhance nutrition, movement and workout suggestions. As well as with practical advice to prepare for labor and delivery or to begin your postpartum recovery. Your meeting will conclude with a follow-up report, recapping the topics covered and full of pointers customized for your specific needs and goals.
- MOMFIT Team: Our one-on-one training is designed to educate and empower women to continue to move functionally, safely, and maintain physical activity throughout pregnancy and into the postpartum period. One of our trained Coaches will walk you through 30 or 60 min sessions, guiding you each step of the way. Let us help you with your daily decisions to be the BEST you during this most important part of your life.
- MOMFIT Weekly WODs: After your assessment and consultation, Dr. Bryant Harris will work with the True Core staff to provide you with specific alterations for each programed workout at True Core CrossFit. These adjustments will be designed specially for you and your body pre or post birth. With this program you are still able to partake in group classes, while safely and effectively listening to your body.
- MOMFIT Individual Programming – If you feel like you need just a little more individualized attention, Dr. Bryant Harris will over see specific exercise programming written just for you. The programming will include 3 days/week of warm-ups, workouts, and cool down. All movements, time domains, and workout goals will be specifically designed around YOUR needs and capabilities. Build a solid fitness foundation post pregnancy. ($125/month – 3 month commitment)
