Sample Workout of the Day*
5 Minutes: 10 Band Pass Throughs, Bear Crawl 15ft, 10 Jumping Jacks, Army Crawl under obstacles, 5 1-legged hops to target, each leg, 5 squats, 5 Broad Jumps
Level 1: 3 Rounds of 400m Run, 5 Pull ups or Ring Rows, 10 Pushups, 15 Tempo Squats (5 Seconds down, 3 Second hold at bottom)
Level 2: 4 Rounds
Level 3: 5 Rounds
10 Minutes: Alternate between max L-Sit Hold and Plank
*This is not a class outline. The hour-long class will include extensive skill instruction, mobility work, cool downs and lots of practice time.
